Get the feathered eyeliner effect
- Apply blue eyeliner along the top of your lash line. Before the eyeliner is dry, blink a few times. You want to get the eyeliner to smudge into the natural creases of your eyelid.
- Draw a few additional feathered lines from the inner corner of your eye onto your eyelid, into your crease, and even onto your brow bone. Blink again to blend the colour.
- Use an eyebrow brush to feather the eyeliner even more, making sure to only blend from the corner of your eye out towards the centre.
- Finish off with blue eyeliner along your upper and lower lash line and a coat of your favourite
